What is specialties warehouse?

Specialties Warehouse is an online retailer that sells Division 10 specialties materials. In some cases, we buy up surplus material from general contractors and bring it to you at steep, steep discounts. But we're known for our awesome vendor relationships which allows us to provide a variety of the most popular specialties materials at everyday low prices.

What is your Return Policy?

If the merchandise you purchased from Specialties Warehouse has a defect, is missing parts, or is not what you ordered, please initiate a return within 30 days of receiving it and we will process a refund. Please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise that has no known defects. Returned merchandise that is received in used condition will not be refunded.

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" in the product description are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damages

Specialties Warehouse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

What is your shipping policy?

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, but shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on quantity ordered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

To ensure proper delivery of items, Specialties Warehouse does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Specialties Warehouse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
